Day 1 - Departure from DELHI TO SHIMLA
- You will meet our Trip Lead at ISBT Kashmiri Gate by 7:00 PM.
- After the Group Introduction & instructions, we will start our 8-day journey for winter spiti expedition.
- We are taking an overnight Volvo from Delhi to Shimla.
DAY 2: DRIVE FROM SHIMLA TO SANGLA / CHITKUL (240 KM)
- Reach Shimla by next morning.
- Later you will be picked up by a personal Tempo Traveler or SUV and will depart for Sangla/Chitkul. It’s a drive of 7 hrs.
- We will reach Sangla/Chitkul by evening.
- Check in Hotel/Homestay, dinner and overnight stay.
DAY 3: SANGLA / CHITKUL TO KALPA (50 KM)
- Breakfast will be served in the morning.
- Sightseeing to Chitkul Village – Last Motorable Village on Indo-Tibetan Border and then head towards Kalpa.
- Midway, we’ll make a stoppage at Reckong Peo town. Additionally, if the weather is clear then you might catch a glimpse of Kinner Kailash Peak.
- On reaching Kalpa, we’ll head out for Kalpa Monastery and Suicide Point.
- Post-check-in, dinner will be served in the evening followed by an overnight stay in Kalpa.
DAY 4: KALPA TO TABO (100 KM)
- Wake up early morning, have breakfast, and head towards Spiti Valley
- Enter Spiti Valley through Sumdo Border.
- Visit Khab (Confluence of Sutlej and Spiti river), Nako Lake, Nako Monastery, and Tabo Enroute Kaza.
- Reach Tabo by evening.
- Check in to the hotel
- Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel in Tabo.
DAY 5: TABO TO KAZA - KEY MONASTERY
- Wake up early morning and have breakfast, check out the hotel/Homestay.
- Later head out for the sightseeing of Spiti Valley.
- We’ll make a stoppage at 1021-year-old Tabo Monastery followed by *Gue Monastery and Dhankar Monastery
- Reach Kaza before evening, and check-in hotel, Post check-in you are free to explore the town.
- Have Dinner and overnight stay at Kaza.
DAY 6: CHICHAM BRIDGE | KOMIC | HIKKIM | LANGZA
- Wake up and have breakfast at the hotel and then check out.
- Head for Key Monastery followed by Chicham bridge.
- Enjoy the scenic drive to Chicham bridge, the highest bridge in Asia.
- Visit – Komic, the highest village in the world to be connected by a motorable road.
- Later we will ride to Hikkim and collect or send postcards from the world’s highest post office.
- We’ll be visiting Langza next (the most beautiful village in Spiti valley and has the famous Buddha statue and also known as the Fossil village due to the presence of fossils abundance).
- Reach KAZA and check-in Hotel/Homestay.
- Dinner and overnight stay at Kaza.
DAY 7: KAZA TO RAMPUR
- Wake up, have breakfast and check out the hotel.
- Depart for Rampur.
- Reach Rampur by evening and the day might feel a little longer..
- Check-in hotel.
- Dinner and overnight stay in hotel.
DAY 8: DEPARTURE
- Wake up early to witness mesmerizing sunrise.
- After having breakfast check out the hotel and depart for Aut
- Reach Aut by evening.
- Later depart for Delhi
DAY 9: REACH DELHI
- Reach Delhi in the morning with lifetime memories
