My journey into the travel and customer experience industry started with a simple love for exploring the world and helping others create trips that feel personal, meaningful, and safe.

This passion began during a college trip to Manali. Getting lost in the mountains taught me something important – the difference between a fixed, “organised” trip and a journey that gives you freedom, flexibility, and your own pace. That experience changed how I saw travel – not as a package, but as something made around each traveler.

Two things guide everything I do: honesty and transparency. I don’t believe in fake promises or fancy words – just in giving people what they truly need in a clear, simple way. I want everyone who connects with me or my brand to feel supported, guided, and confident to explore.

My bigger dream is to change how people travel – to make planned trips flexible and personal. One day, I also want to make travel affordable for students around the world, so they can learn and grow by seeing the world with their own eyes.

In the next 5–10 years, I see myself living peacefully in the mountains with my family and my two dogs, Scooby and Simba, while helping people travel with meaning. I hope to be known as an honest, approachable leader who doesn’t just sell trips – but builds trust and unforgettable memories.
